The activity disc does now follow years or months like a Plandisc does, but is useful to visualize cyclical processes. It can be a project model, an organization chart or something else.
Tailor the activity disc to your purpose
- Define your own units, for example
-
- Phases of a project
- Departments in an organization
Use three types of rings for content and sharing
- Activity ring – for activities or other elements
- Title ring – to improve overview
- Ring from other plandisc – to show shared rings from your own and others’ circular calendars
Co-operate on building the disc
- Allow other users to edit the same activity disc
- Share an activity ring with other users
- Use the same activity ring in different circular calendars – it will be updated automatically
- Protect confidential information in the disc or in the rings with a password
This feature is available for users with a Business or Enterprise subscription
